It supports leaders to understand internal and external barriers to their leadership, as well as to determine what they need to stay grounded and sustained. At Pilar Consulting, all coaching is provided through a trauma-informed, anti-oppression lens and acknowledges how identity, trauma, and experiences of oppression shape leadership and personal growth.
